4. Email Requirements
All emails sent through our Service must:

- Review: Complaint rate exceeds 0.2%
- Suspension: Complaint rate exceeds 0.3%
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Use the Service to send emails on behalf of third parties without proper authorization
- Attempt to bypass our security or authentication measures
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to conduct DDoS attacks or other network abuse
- Harvest email addresses from our platform or recipients
- Test email deliverability using spam trap addresses
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor for policy violations through:
- Automated complaint tracking via feedback loops
- Bounce rate monitoring
- Content scanning for prohibited material
- Blacklist monitoring
- Manual review of flagged accounts
8. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:

- Suspension: Temporary account freeze pending review
- Termination: Permanent account closure without refund
- Legal Action: For severe violations or damages
